The Performance Dashboard gives you an at-a-glance view of how your objectives are tracking and how 1:1 meetings are going, over whatever date range you set.
Reading the Dashboard
Set a Duration to scope the whole page, then scan five tiles — Total Objectives, On Track, Off Track, At Risk, and Completed — for a status count at a glance. An Objective Progress chart plots how your objectives' combined score has moved over the period. Below that, Check-ins lists each objective's title with its Pending and Upcoming check-in counts and a quick action to send one, and 1:1 Meetings summarizes Total, On-time, Delayed, and Pending meetings per employee.
